Technical Lead

Location: Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₦300,000 – ₦600,000 monthly

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Technical Operations Manager to oversee operational workflows, manage the technical team, and ensure timely project execution. The ideal candidate should have proven experience managing tech teams, strong leadership ability, a results-oriented mindset, and the capability to drive efficiency, ownership, and performance across engineering functions.

Responsibilities:

  •  Oversee daily technical operations and ensure smooth workflow across teams.

  •  Lead and manage Agile team processes to support project delivery.

  •  Drive execution of technical projects, upgrades, milestones and product releases.

  •  Establish and monitor performance metrics, reporting structure, and productivity benchmarks.

  •  Recruit, onboard, develop, and retain high-performing technical talent.

  •  Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality standards.

  •  Promote a culture of excellence, ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement.

  •  Collaborate across teams and communicate deliverables clearly and consistently.

Requirements:

  •  Must reside in Lagos.

  •  Minimum of 2 years experience managing a technical team or engineering operations.

  •  Strong ownership mindset with proven initiative.

  •  Demonstrated reliability with a track record of delivering results.

  •  Excellent communication and leadership skills.

  •  Ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and resources efficiently.

  •  A positive, proactive can-do attitude.
