Responsibilities:
- Manage a complex executive calendar across multiple time zones
- Schedule meetings, calls, travel, and priority commitments
- Prepare briefing notes and track follow-up actions
- Serve as a professional interface with senior stakeholders
Business, Investment & Strategy Support
- Review and assess business and investment opportunities
- Conduct research, analysis, and market scans
- Prepare executive-level PowerPoint presentations, memos, and strategy documents
- Support new business set-ups, pitch decks, and investor materials
- Track strategic initiatives, deadlines, and deliverables
Impact & Reporting Support
- Support programme planning, monitoring, and evaluation
- Prepare impact assessment reports and donor-ready presentations
- Coordinate with partners, donors, and stakeholders
- Coordinate meetings and communications with partners, advisors, and collaborators
- Prepare materials for talks, board meetings, and engagements
Requirements:
- Advanced PowerPoint skills (executive-quality decks)
- Strong Excel skills for analysis, tracking, and reporting
- Ability to synthesise complex information into clear outputs
- Maintain well-organised digital systems and documentation
- Highly analytical with strong attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Highly organised, reliable, and hardworking
- Proactive self-starter with strong follow-through
- Comfortable handling confidential information
- Background in consulting, finance, strategy, operations, or research
