Role Overview

We are seeking a Technical Associate to provide high-level analytical, documentation, and coordination support to the Managing Director. The role supports strategic decision-making through structured analysis, executive documentation, schedule management, and cross-functional coordination.


Key Responsibilities & Competencies

● Support senior leadership in developing strategic initiatives, business decisions, and priority execution plans.

● Synthesize complex information into clear briefs, insights, and executive-level recommendations.


● Conduct market, industry, and competitor analysis to inform strategic planning and advisory work

● Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage project schedules, deliverables, and leadership priorities.

● Prepare high-quality proposals, pitch decks, concept notes, and strategic documents for internal and external decision-making.

● Utilise digital tools and workflow systems to improve productivity, collaboration, and information management.

● Exercise strong professional judgment in managing executive communications and stakeholder engagements.

● Demonstrate adaptability and proactiveness in supporting evolving leadership and business priorities.


Requirements

● Minimum of 3–5 years’ experience in a technical, strategy, executive support, or consulting role.

● Prepare high-quality proposals, pitch decks, concept notes, and strategic documents for internal and external decision-making.

● Utilize digital tools and workflow systems to improve productivity, collaboration, and information management.

● Strong analytical, writing, and presentation skills.

● High level of discretion, organization, and attention to detail.

● Ability to operate in a fast-paced, multi-priority environment.
