Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting and after-sales services for solar systems and renewable energy
- Diagnose and resolve customer technical issues promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate field technicians and ensure quality and timely completion of technical assignments.
- Provide technical guidance to customers on product operation, maintenance and appropriate solutions.
- Maintain service records and provide regular reports on technical issues, repairs and customer feedback.
Requirements:
- HND/B.Sc. in Electrical, Electronic, Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Relevant experience in technical support, installation, maintenance or after-sales service for solar and lithium batteries.
- Knowledge of renewable energy and power systems is an advantage.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate technical support and field interventions.
- Good Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint skills.
- Smart, organised, safety-conscious and professional.
