Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team to achieve targets
- Drive customer acquisition, loan marketing, and deposit mobilization
- Monitor team performance and submit daily/weekly reports
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales ethics
Requirements:
- A minimum of an OND in any field
- Experience Required* in sales and team leadership, preferably in banking/microfinance
- Must have proximity to D-line, Port Harcourt*
- Strong sales, communication, and people management skills
- Target-driven, disciplined, and good with CRM tools
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 - 250,000/month
