Job summary
An experienced and result-driven Team Lead to oversee and drive the performance of its sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for guiding, supervising, and coordinating a team responsible for executing marketing initiatives and promoting the company’s loan products.

Responsibilities:
- Coach team members on achieving goals and developing the necessary skills that drive results.
- Market loan products to target audiences to support portfolio growth.
- Supervise loan documentation and ensure proper follow-through to disbursement.
- Meet and exceed sales targets consistently.
- Drive sales volume in a profitable manner.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights for product improvement.
- Ensure consistent rendition of periodic activity reports.
Requirements:
- B.Sc in any related discipline
- Must have completed NYSC.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Team Lead in the financial sector(mandatory).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software tools.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proven leadership and team management skills.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
What We Offer:
- Remuneration: NGN 200,000 – 300,000
- Transport and airtime allowance
- Commission on the loan value sold
- 20% base salary increase upon attainment of 2 consecutive months’ target
