Job summary
The Team Lead, Sales (Advantage Connect) is responsible for driving the lifecycle management, performance, and growth of the retail network business model.

Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Management:
- Define and execute the long-term product vision and strategy for the retail connect model.
- Manage the full product lifecycle from concept, design, testing, launch, to end-of-life.
- Develop positioning and messaging for the Advantage Connect platform.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends within the product domain.
Sales & Distribution Management:
- Drive recruitment, onboarding, and training of sales advisors and partners.
- Implement and monitor distribution structures across multiple sales levels.
- Track sales performance and ensure achievement of set revenue targets.
- Design and manage incentive and bonus structures to drive performance.
Stakeholder & Partner Engagement:
- Engage franchisees, team leads, and sales advisors through regular weekly interactions.
- Coordinate with Business Technology, Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Training teams to ensure alignment.
- Work with external partners to assess collaboration and licensing opportunities.
Performance Reporting & Execution:
- Prepare weekly and monthly revenue forecasts and performance reports.
- Provide insights on sales performance, distribution efficiency, and business growth.
- Support training teams in refining onboarding and learning materials.
Requirements:
- Minimum of a first degree in any discipline
- 4+ years of experience in product management, retail sales, or distribution
- Strong leadership and people management capability
- Proven experience in launching or managing business products
- Strong communication, presentation, and reporting skills
- Ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
