Team Lead

Responsibilities:

• Lead, supervise, and motivate a team of marketers to achieve assigned targets.
• Develop and implement effective marketing and customer acquisition strategies.
• Promote and market the company’s loan products to prospective customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and support the team in generating quality leads.
• Monitor team performance, sales activities, and customer acquisition results.
• Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets for team members and track progress.
• Train and coach team members on sales techniques, product knowledge, and customer engagement.
• Follow up on leads and support team members in converting prospects into customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and accurate records of customer and sales activities.
• Prepare and submit regular reports on team performance and marketing activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and professional standards.

Requirements:

• Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, marketing, loan services, microfinance, or banking.
• Previous experience supervising or leading a sales/marketing team.
• Proven ability to achieve sales and customer acquisition targets.
• Excellent leadership, communication, persuasion, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong customer relationship management skills.
• Ability to motivate, coach, and manage team members effectively.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Must be proactive, confident, disciplined, and target-oriented.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Willingness to participate in field marketing and customer acquisition activities.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital communication tools.
