Responsibilities:
- The role combines hands-on credit risk analysis with strong supervisory and leadership responsibilities, including setting up the Credit Risk unit.
- The Team Lead will ensure that credit decisions are robust, well-structured, compliant with internal credit policies and regulatory requirements, and aligned with the institution’s risk appetite.
- The role also requires close collaboration with business teams, senior management, and credit committees to support sustainable portfolio growth and strong risk governance.
- Developing credit risk frameworks and workflows, and managing a team of credit analysts.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND In a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of proven experience.
