Marketing Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement insurance marketing plans targeting conglomerate, manufacturing, and construction clients.
- Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and client needs to identify opportunities for growth.
- Prepare and present marketing reports, business proposals, and performance updates to senior management.

eam Leadership & Development:
- Lead a team of marketing professionals to achieve business objectives and sales targets.
- Coach and mentor team members to enhance their skills, product knowledge, and professional development.
Client Engagement & Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients in target industries.
- Collaborate with underwriting, sales, and other internal stakeholders to deliver customized insurance solutions.
- Represent the company at industry events, presentations, and client meetings.
Operational Management:
- Manage budgets, timelines, and performance metrics for marketing initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards in all marketing activities.
- Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Insurance, or a related field.
- ACII qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5–7 years of experience in insurance marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven experience in driving marketing strategies and business growth within corporate or industrial sectors.
- Strong understanding of conglomerate, manufacturing, and construction industries.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and marketing management tools.
- Ability to interpret market trends, competitor activity, and client needs.
- Strong organizational, reporting, and project management skills.
