Job summary

We are looking for a high-performing and results-driven Team Lead to drive aggressive growth in our loans and investment portfolio. This role is strictly for individuals with a strong sales background who can lead from the front, deliver results, and manage a team to meet and exceed targets consistently.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and drive a team of Business Development Officers to achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
  • Take full ownership of team performance, revenue generation, and portfolio growth
  • Actively source new clients and close high-value deals (this is a hands-on role)
  • Set clear targets and monitor daily/weekly team performance
  • Ensure proper client onboarding, documentation, and compliance with company policies
  • Track loan performance and ensure timely repayments within your portfolio
  • Provide regular performance reports and updates to management
  • Identify market opportunities and implement strategies to outperform competitors


 Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales/business development (financial sector required)
  • At least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong leadership, coaching, and team management skills
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Good understanding of loan and investment products
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
  • Strong background in loan marketing or financial sales
  • Highly target-driven and comfortable working under pressure
  • Street-smart with strong client acquisition skills
  • Results-oriented with a “get it done” mindset
  • High level of professionalism and accountability
