Responsibilities:

Assist teachers in preparing classrooms, learning materials, and teaching resources.
Support pupils during classroom lessons, learning activities, meals, and playtime
Supervise children to ensure their safety, well-being, and appropriate behaviour at all times.
Assist with feeding, dressing, toileting, and other personal care needs of younger pupils where required.
Maintain a clean, organised, and child-friendly classroom environment that promotes effective learning.
Observe pupils and promptly report any academic, behavioural, health, or welfare concerns to the class teacher or school management.
Encourage positive behaviour, respect, discipline, and good moral values among pupils.
Support the school in promoting character development by modelling integrity, kindness, responsibility, teamwork, and respect in all interactions.
Assist with classroom displays, learning activities, assemblies, excursions, and other school events.
Foster a warm, caring, and inclusive environment that supports pupils' academic, emotional, social, and personal development.
Ensure compliance with the school's safeguarding, health, safety, and child protection policies
Perform any other duties assigned by the Class Teacher or School Management.

Requirements:

Minimum of SSCE or NCE (NCE in education or early childhood education is an added advantage).
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in a school, daycare, nursery, or childcare environment.
Passion for working with children and supporting their overall growth and development.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Patient, caring, trustworthy, and emotionally mature.
Ability to work effectively within a team
High level of integrity, professionalism, and reliability.
