Job summary
The Talent Manager is responsible for attracting, recruiting, developing, and retaining top talent to support the organization's growth and success. This role oversees the full employee lifecycle, including workforce planning, recruitment, onboarding, performance management, learning and development, employee engagement, and succession planning.

Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates in line with organisational workforce needs.
- Workforce Planning: Partner with business leaders to identify current and future talent requirements and support succession planning initiatives.
- Employee Onboarding and Retention: Oversee onboarding programmes that enable new employees to integrate successfully and implement initiatives to improve employee retention.
- Learning and Development: Identify training needs, coordinate learning and development programmes, and promote continuous professional growth across the organisation.
- Performance Management: Manage the performance management process by supporting goal setting, performance reviews, feedback, and employee development plans.
- Employee Engagement and Relations: Foster a positive workplace culture by driving employee engagement initiatives, addressing employee concerns, and ensuring compliance with employment policies and procedures.
- Talent Management and Reporting: Monitor key HR and talent metrics, maintain accurate employee records, and provide insights and recommendations to support strategic workforce decisions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (such as CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or CIPD) is an advantage.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in talent acquisition, HR, or talent management.
- Experience in recruitment, employee development, and performance management.
- Manage employee onboarding and orientation programs.
