Talentsquare’s Talent Access & Deployment practice is the engine of our recruitment and workforce deployment work. We need a Talent Delivery Analyst to execute end‑to‑end delivery of mid‑level and senior placements, as well as Circuit node/pod deployments.
This is not a sourcing‑only role. You will own candidate screening, interview coordination, offer management, and Circuit deployment execution – working closely with the Operations Coordinator to ensure seamless client delivery. You are the person who makes sure the right talent meets the right opportunity, on time, every time.
About the Role
This role sits at the execution layer of Talentsquare’s Talent Access & Deployment practice. You will:
Source and screen candidates for mid‑to‑senior roles using Boolean search and advanced sourcing techniques
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to offer acceptance
Execute Circuit deployments – matching nodes (individuals) and pods (teams) to client needs
Maintain a clean, auditable candidate pipeline in our CRM
Report daily to the Operations Coordinator, who manages your workflow and escalations

Responsibilities
1. Talent Delivery (Recruitment)
Interpret role briefs from the Operations Coordinator (received from BDM or founder)
Source candidates using Boolean / string search across LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and our talent database
Conduct competency‑based initial screening interviews (role‑specific, behavioural, technical basics)
Coordinate client interviews – schedule, confirm, share prep materials, gather feedback
Manage offer process – draft offer letters, coordinate negotiations (with oversight), confirm start dates
Maintain candidate pipeline in CRM/Zoho Recruit/ATS: every interaction logged, every candidate tagged
2. Circuit Deployment
Own the end‑to‑end deployment process for nodes (individuals) and pods (teams)
Match available talent to client requirements (skills, availability, location, budget)
Coordinate talent onboarding: contracts, compliance documents, start dates
Ensure the one‑time deployment fee is confirmed (Ops handles invoicing; you confirm delivery readiness)
Track deployment success and flag any performance issues to Ops
3. Quality & Experience
Ensure every candidate receives timely, respectful feedback (within 48 hours of interview)
Ensure every client receives a shortlist within agreed timelines (mid‑level: ≤5 business days)
Maintain 100% CRM hygiene – no missing statuses, no orphaned candidates
4. Collaboration
Daily check‑in with Operations Coordinator (15 mins) to review priorities and blockers
Escalate hard‑to‑fill roles or client expectation mismatches to Ops, who will involve the founder only when necessary
Work alongside the BDM only during handoffs – Ops manages the interface
Core Mandate
Delivery speed: Time‑to‑shortlist ≤5 business days for mid‑level; ≤10 business days for senior/executive
Placement quality: ≥80% of placements confirmed within 30 days of shortlist presentation
Circuit velocity: ≥90% of nodes/pods deployed within 5 business days of client signoff
CRM/ATS discipline: 100% of candidate interactions logged within 24 hours
Candidate experience: ≥4.0/5.0 candidate satisfaction rating (post‑placement survey)
Zoho Recruit/ATS fluency
Requirements
Essential:
1–3 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or talent delivery (agency or in‑house)
Boolean / string search proficiency – you can write (product manager OR product owner) AND (fintech OR payments) NOT junior
Highly organised – you can manage 5–8 active roles without losing track
Hungry – you want to deliver results, not just collect a salary
Excellent written and verbal communication – candidates and clients understand you clearly
Comfortable reporting to an Operations Coordinator (you see them as an enabler, not a blocker)
Nice to have:
Experience with contract staffing, outsourcing, temp‑based deployments, or temp staffing
Familiarity with ATS (zoho recruit/workable,Airtable, Trello, or similar CRM tools
Basic understanding of Nigerian labour laws and contract types

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in any field (HR, Business, Psychology, or Social Sciences preferred)
1–3 years of recruitment or talent delivery experience
Demonstrable Boolean search skills (will be tested)
Proficiency with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Gmail)
(Nice to have) CIPM Student Membership or in progress
Reporting & Rhythm
Daily check‑in with Operations Coordinator (15 mins via Slack or quick call)
Twice‑monthly full team meetings (Founder + BDM + Ops Coordinator + you)
