Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including job posting, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and offer negotiation.
- Sourcing Talent: Use various tools (job boards, social media, networking events) to actively search for qualified candidates, particularly in hard-to-fill roles.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, candidate profiles, and team dynamics.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct interviews, assess candidates’ qualifications, and present top candidates to hiring managers.

- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process, from initial contact to final offer.
