Talent Acquisition Specialist
Job summary
We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage end-to-end hiring across business functions. The role will focus on sourcing, screening, and coordinating with hiring managers to ensure the timely closure of open positions.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to offer rollout
- Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and timelines
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain hiring trackers, reports, and recruitment MIS
- Work with external recruiters and vendors when required
- Support onboarding coordination post-offer
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in end-to-end recruitment
- Strong sourcing and screening skills
- Familiarity with job portals and LinkedIn sourcing
- Good communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously
- Experience hiring for corporate, sales, or operations roles (preferred)
- Exposure to high-volume or fast-paced hiring environments (preferred)
- Experience working with recruitment vendors (preferred)
- Strong organizational and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
