Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Garment Assembly: Sew fabric pieces together using industrial sewing machines (e.g., sergers, overlockers, and flatbed machines) according to provided patterns and tech packs.
- Quality Control: Inspect materials for flaws and ensure finished products meet factory quality standards, making adjustments or repairs when necessary.
- Quota Management: Meet daily and weekly production targets and assembly deadlines without compromising on craftsmanship.
- Equipment Maintenance: Clean, oil, and troubleshoot industrial sewing equipment, reporting any mechanical issues on time
Requirements:
- Proven experience in garment manufacturing, apparel factories, or large-scale tailoring setups.
- Strong understanding of various fabric types, needle sizes, and thread tension.
- Exceptional hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive, fast-paced tasks accurately.
- Ability to work collaboratively on an assembly line with cutters and pressers.
