System Administrator
Job summary
We are seeking to engage a Systems Administrator who will be responsible for technical support (hardware & software), troubleshooting, managing Laptops & desktop computers, providing printer support, ensuring smooth performance of computer systems, etc.
Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support for hardware, software, and network issues across offices, warehouses, and production facilities.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, and other peripherals.
- Support ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) used for inventory, procurement, and production planning.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure, including switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs.
- Ensure cybersecurity protocols are followed, including antivirus updates, access controls, and data backups.
- Assist in ISO documentation and audits related to IT systems and data security.
- Maintain accurate records of IT assets, licenses, and service requests.
- Provide training and onboarding support for new employees on IT systems and tools.
- Liaise with external vendors for software updates, troubleshooting, and system upgrades.
- Participate in IT projects such as system migrations, upgrades, and process automation.
Requirements:
- Minimum of Degree
- Minimum of 4 years experience in a similar role
