Job summary
Surveyor who will be responsible for carrying out accurate land, topographical, and construction surveys to support planning, design, and execution of all our projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land, topographical, and construction surveys for real estate developments.
- Establish and maintain site control points, benchmarks, and reference levels.
- Carry out setting-out of buildings, roads, drainage, and infrastructure works.
- Verify alignment, levels, and dimensions during construction activities.
- Prepare survey plans, as-built drawings, and measurement records.
- Support progress measurement and valuation for contractor certification.
- Identify discrepancies between drawings and site conditions and report promptly.
- Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, approved layouts, and land documentation.
- Operate and maintain surveying equipment (total station, GPS, levels, etc.).
- Comply with site safety rules and company HSE policies.
Requirements:
- HND or BSc in Surveying, Geomatics, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
- Membership of NIS or SURCON is an added advantage.
