Responsibilities:

Land Surveying & Measurement: Conduct field surveys to determine land boundaries, topography, and site features using appropriate tools and equipment.
Site Mapping & Data Collection: Collect and record accurate geospatial data for use in planning, design, and construction.
Boundary Identification: Establish and verify property boundaries in accordance with legal documents and survey standards.
Preparation of Survey Reports: Produce detailed survey reports, maps, and drawings for internal use and regulatory submission.
Use of Survey Equipment: Operate surveying instruments such as GPS systems, total stations, levels, and drones where applicable.
Data Analysis & Interpretation: Analyze survey data to support engineering, architectural, and real estate decisions.
Compliance & Documentation: Ensure all surveying activities comply with local regulations and industry standards.
Stakeholder Coordination: Work closely with engineers, architects, project managers, and government agencies.
Site Inspection & Monitoring: Conduct periodic inspections and monitoring of project sites to ensure alignment with approved plans.
Risk Identification: Identify potential issues such as encroachments, boundary disputes, or land irregularities.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all survey data, reports, and documentation.
Health & Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols during field operations.
