Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical SCM Analyst to support supply chain operations through data analysis, reporting, and process improvement. The ideal candidate should be proficient in Microsoft Office applications, Google Sheets, and AI-powered productivity tools, with the ability to manage data, generate reports, and provide insights

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze supply chain and procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
  • Manage and update supply chain records and databases.
  • Support procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management activities.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
  • Use Google Sheets for data management, collaboration, and reporting.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and enhance data analysis.
  • Monitor compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.
  • Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and management updates.
  • Perform other supply chain and administrative duties as assigned.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
  • 1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or data analysis.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and collaborative workspace tools.
  • Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar productivity platforms.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
