Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Analyze supply chain and procurement data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics.
- Manage and update supply chain records and databases.
- Support procurement, inventory, logistics, and vendor management activities.
- Utilize Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, for data analysis and reporting.
- Use Google Sheets for data management, collaboration, and reporting.
- Leverage AI tools to improve productivity, automate routine tasks, and enhance data analysis.
- Monitor compliance with company policies and supply chain procedures.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and management updates.
Perform other supply chain and administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in supply chain, procurement, logistics, or data analysis.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong knowledge of Google Sheets and collaborative workspace tools.
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Gemini, or similar productivity platforms.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
