Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise floor staff and monitor performance.
- Resolve customer issues and support daily operations.
- Handle POS setup, troubleshooting, and backups.
- Maintain order and cleanliness across departments.
- Prepare shift reports and update management.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an ND in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- 1–2 years’ supervisory or retail experience.
- Good leadership and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred.
