Job summary

We are seeking a highly organized, customer-focused, and results-driven Boutique Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our boutique. As the Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising the sales team, ensuring exceptional customer service, maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory, and achieving sales.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the daily operations of the boutique.
  • Lead, coach, motivate, and manage the boutique sales team to achieve sales targets.
  • Deliver and maintain an exceptional customer shopping experience.
  • Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Ensure attractive visual merchandising and product presentation at all times.
  • Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and periodic stock counts.
  • Handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally.
  • Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accurate daily sales reconciliation.
  • Prepare sales and operational reports for management.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and service standards.
  • Identify training needs and support the development of boutique staff.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Fashion Management, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail, boutique, or fashion store operations, with experience in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship management skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Good knowledge of inventory management and retail operations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
  • Professional appearance with excellent organizational skills.
