Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Delegate daily tasks, monitor employee performance, and provide constructive feedback and coaching.
- Coordinate weekly schedules, allocate resources efficiently, and resolve operational bottlenecks to meet deadlines.
- Ensure all team members adhere strictly to company policies, operational procedures, and health and safety regulations.
- Address and resolve workplace disputes, handle customer escalations, and report complex issues to upper management.
Requirements:
- A minimum of an HND in a related field.
- Must have 2 years' experience as a supervisor.
- Must reside in Benin City.
- Must be in/close to Mission/airport road B/C.
- Must have gone through NYSC.
Remuneration: NGN 100,000 monthly
