Job Summary
We are looking for a responsible and organised floor supervisor to oversee daily activities on the supermarket floor. The ideal candidate will supervise staff, ensure shelves are well-stocked and tidy, and assist customers to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

- Experience Level : Entry level
- Experience Length : 2 years
Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Supervise floor staff and assign daily tasks
- Ensure shelves are stocked and products are well arranged
- Support staff with customer service and resolve any complaints
- Monitor cleanliness and safety on the shop floor
- Report stock shortages or customer issues to the manager
- Train new floor staff as needed
- Help with receiving and displaying new stock
- Ensure all products are in condition.
- Ensure no products expire on the shelves.
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND
- Minimum experience 2 on the mentioned role
- Previous experience in a supermarket or retail setting is an added advantage
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Friendly and professional attitude
- Willing to work weekends and public holidays
- Basic knowledge of inventory and stock management is a plus
- Must leave within Ketu, Maryland axis
