Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and organized Supermarket Female Store Manager to oversee the daily operations of a supermarket, ensuring excellent customer service, efficient inventory management, and achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the supermarket.
- Supervise and coordinate store staff.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely stock replenishment.
- Ensure products are properly displayed, and the store remains clean and organized.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally.
- Prepare daily sales, stock, and cash reports.
- Implement measures to reduce stock loss and improve store performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience managing a supermarket or retail store.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory and stock management.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and POS systems.
- Must be organized, reliable, and customer-focused.
Remuneration: NGN150,000/month
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
