Job summary
We are seeking a motivated, results-oriented, and customer-focused Supermarket Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying sales opportunities, acquiring new customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, and field activities
- Promote and sell the company's products and services to prospective and existing customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and customer loyalty
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and sales meetings
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales agreements
- Negotiate pricing and close sales transactions effectively
- Achieve individual and team sales targets as assigned
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline opportunities
- Follow up on leads, inquiries, and customer requests promptly
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports to management
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND Degree in Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in sales, business development, customer service, or a similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong customer relationship management abilities
- Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
