Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide product information and recommend items based on customer needs
- Promote and upsell products to increase sales revenue
- Ensure shelves are fully stocked, well-arranged, and properly labeled
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor
- Support promotional activities, discounts, and in-store campaigns
- Work closely with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of an HND
- 1 year of previous experience in a similar role
