Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with PCN, NAFDAC, and all pharmacy regulatory standards, including documentation, controlled drug handling, and timely license renewals.
- Dispense prescriptions accurately and provide counselling on medication use, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Manage procurement, storage, and inventory, ensuring adequate stock levels and preventing expiries through regular audits.
- Oversee daily pharmacy operations, enforce SOPs, maintain a safe and hygienic environment, and assist with customer inquiries.
- Supervise and support pharmacy staff, manage schedules, conduct training, evaluate performance, and prepare required reports.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD).
- Valid practicing license from the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN).
- Minimum of 1 year post-qualification experience.
- Strong knowledge of pharmacy regulations, drug interactions, and clinical pharmacy practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.

Location: Benin City, Edo State.
