We are seeking to hire a Superintendent Pharmacist to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Regulatory Compliance: Overseeing the registration of pharmacy premises and products with governing bodies (such as the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria (PCN) or local equivalent). They also interface with agencies like NAFDAC for product registrations and inspections.
- Policy & Procedure Development: Establishing and reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure safe handling, storage, and distribution of medications.
- Team Leadership & Training: Supervising, mentoring, and ensuring the competency of the pharmacy staff. They ensure that only fit and properly licensed staff operate in the pharmacy.
- Clinical Governance: Ensuring that clinical care is effective, patient records are maintained, and product recalls or failures are handled swiftly and transparently.
- Risk Management: Mitigating clinical and operational risks, analyzing customer feedback, and reporting incidents.
- Minimum qualification of BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
- Must be registered with the Pharmacists Council of Nigeria.
Remuneration: NGN 250-280
