  • Ensure high-quality, on-brand event experiences

Bookings & Studio Operations

  • Manage studio bookings end-to-end, including inquiries, scheduling, confirmations, and payments
  • Maintain the booking calendar and manage transitions between sessions
  • Deliver a warm, professional experience for every client
  • Ensure the studio is clean, set up, and ready for each booking
  • Oversee equipment, props, supplies, and conduct damage checks
  • Schedule and supervise maintenance of amenities such as AC, furniture, and other facilities

Marketing & Growth

  • Run social media (Instagram, minimum three times weekly) and email communications
  • Propose and execute targeted outreach to drive repeat bookings and creative collaborations
  • Build partnerships with creators, brands, and communities
  • Identify opportunities for repeat bookings and collaborations

Admin

  • Maintain booking records, invoices, and basic financial documentation
  • Prepare periodic reports on bookings and studio performance

  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills
  • Excellent written and spoken English, with clear communication via email and messaging apps
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace (Drive, Sheets, Gmail) and basic digital tools
