My Haire Concierge is looking for a warm, polished and highly organised Studio Concierge to join our team in Lekki, Lagos. This full-time, on-site role owns the physical client journey and day-to-day studio experience, ensuring every client is welcomed, attended to and guided through their visit seamlessly.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Welcome and receive clients professionally
- Manage the front desk and incoming calls
- Create, manage and update client appointments
- Coordinate stylists, braiders and technicians
- Manage client check-in, waiting experience and departure
- Monitor day-to-day studio operations
- Identify rebooking and additional-service opportunities
- Support in-studio sales and product recommendations
- Handle immediate client concerns and service recovery
- Coordinate client photos, videos and in-studio reviews
- Identify suitable in-studio content opportunities
- Support ambassador and influencer visits
- Maintain accurate client and appointment records
- Provide temporary front-desk coverage for the Digital Concierge when required
- Complete required daily reports and operational checklists

Location: Lekki, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 150,000 – 200,000 monthly (gross)
