Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Student Counselor, based in Lagos. The Student Counselor will provide guidance and comprehensive support to students throughout their academic journey. Daily responsibilities include offering personalized career counseling, assisting with course and university selection, and providing unwavering support during application and visa processes. The role also emphasizes building strong communication with students and delivering excellent customer service.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Student Counseling and Career Counseling to guide students in making informed academic and career choices
• Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively build relationships with students and address their concerns
• Customer Service skills to ensure a positive experience for students and families
• Knowledge or experience in the field of Education, particularly in international education trends and processes
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and interact with students from diverse backgrounds
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field is preferred
