Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Abuja for a Strategy and Research Manager. The role involves designing and implementing effective strategies, conducting in-depth market research, and analyzing data to provide actionable insights. Responsibilities include creating and refining research methodologies, developing and administering questionnaires, generating comprehensive reports, and ensuring alignment with organizational goals. Collaborating with internal teams and stakeholders to improve operations and outcomes will also be a key component of this role.
Qualifications

• Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Market Research to interpret and evaluate data for actionable recommendations.
• Expertise in Questionnaire Design and Research to develop effective tools and methodologies for collecting relevant data.
• Strong Communication skills for presenting findings clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Knowledge of the housing, real estate, or construction industries is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively and manage projects effectively.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, 4 years un research and strategy development Economics, Statistics, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• Must be based in Abuja
