Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning & Development
- Develop insight-driven brand, campaign, and activation strategies aligned with client business objectives.
- Translate research, data, and cultural insights into clear strategic frameworks, briefs, and creative directions.
- Build audience personas, consumer journey maps, and engagement roadmaps to guide campaign and content strategy across the full funnel.
- Collaborate closely with creative, production, media, and account teams to ensure strategic alignment throughout execution.
- Support pitch development, proposals, and new business initiatives with compelling strategic narratives.
Research & Insights Generation
- Conduct in-depth market research, audience analysis, competitive reviews, and cultural trend analysis to inform strategic direction.
- Leverage digital tools, social listening platforms, ad spy tools, forums, and trend resources to uncover emerging consumer behaviors and opportunities.
- Monitor competitor activities and experiential/digital marketing innovations to identify areas for strategic differentiation.
- Distill complex insights into actionable recommendations that inform creative concepts, messaging, and campaign structure.
Customer Journey & Creative Strategy
- Plan and guide creative strategy across all stages of the customer journey, from awareness to consideration, conversion, and retention.
- Develop strategic inputs for creative concepts, including hooks, formats, angles, emotional triggers, and storytelling approaches.
- Support strategic creative testing by identifying top-performing elements and optimizing concepts through iterative testing.
- Work cross-functionally to refine, scale, and evolve high-performing creative ideas.
Content & Activation Execution Support
- Support the development and maintenance of content calendars and strategic plans across digital platforms.
- Aid in the execution, monitoring, and optimization of content and activation strategies across multiple channels.
- Ensure consistency and clarity in brand messaging, positioning, and execution across touchpoints.
- Assist in managing client communications and coordination of strategy-related initiatives.
Performance Measurement & Optimization
- Define, track, and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and brand activations.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to assess performance, extract learnings, and recommend strategic optimizations.
- Identify funnel bottlenecks and collaborate with teams to recommend improvements that enhance engagement, conversion, and ROI.
Internal Collaboration & Knowledge Management
- Contribute to the development of client presentations, reports, case studies, and strategic documentation.
- Help maintain internal databases, strategy documents, research repositories, and reports.
- Stay continuously updated on cultural, consumer, digital, and industry trends to inform forward-looking strategies.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in strategy or brand planning (agency experience preferred).
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling skills.
- Ability to simplify complex ideas into clear strategic narratives.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills.
- Strong research, insight, and analytical capability.
