Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
Inventory Management:
- Receive deliveries of clothing and skincare products from suppliers.
- Inspect goods for quality, quantity, and accuracy against invoices or purchase orders.
- Label, tag, and organise merchandise in the stockroom according to category and size.
- Track stock levels and report low or excess inventory to the Store Manager.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Stock Replenishment & Issuance:
- Refill display shelves and racks on the sales floor as needed.
- Ensure skincare products are handled and stored according to product safety and expiry guidelines.
- Coordinate with sales staff to identify fast-moving or low-stock items.
- Prepare items for branch transfers or returns when necessary.
Documentation & Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records manually or in store software.
- Record all stock movements (receipts, issues, returns, and adjustments).
- Generate daily or weekly inventory reports for management review.
Organisation & Safety:
- Keep the stockroom clean, well-labelled, and easy to navigate.
- Store skincare products in appropriate conditions to maintain quality.
- Follow all safety and security guidelines to prevent loss, theft, or product damage.

- Minimum of HND
