Job summary
We are looking for a reliable and experienced Store Supervisor to oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure excellent customer service both in-store and online.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate daily store and online order operations
- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and performance
- Ensure shelves are well stocked, clean, and properly labeled
- Monitor inventory, receive deliveries, and prevent stock losses
- Handle customer complaints and ensure high satisfaction
- Ensure accurate processing of online orders and dispatch
- Maintain cash handling, POS systems, and daily sales records
- Enforce store policies, hygiene, and safety standards
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in retail, grocery, or supermarket operations
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Good communication and customer service abilities
- Basic computer and POS system knowledge
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
