Job summary
The Supervisor will coordinate staff during assigned shifts, manage floor activities, ensure smooth customer service, and provide basic IT/POS support where needed.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise floor staff and monitor performance.
- Resolve customer issues and support daily operations.
- Handle POS setup, troubleshooting, and backups.

Requirements:
- ND/B.sc in Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years’ supervisory or retail experience.
- Good leadership and multitasking ability.
- Familiarity with POS systems preferred.
