Responsibilities:
- Deliver professional in-store customer service and fitting support
- Process and record all sales transactions accurately
- Manage online sales inquiries and order fulfillment within defined response times
- Prepare, dispatch, and communicate order tracking to customers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in retail sales, store operations, or customer-facing roles
- High attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness, accuracy, and presentation
- Proven ability to manage in-store and online customer interactions simultaneously
- Basic proficiency in point-of-sale systems, WhatsApp, and social media platforms
- Ability to handle cash, transfers, and digital payments responsibly
- Organized, reliable, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
- Trustworthy, discreet, and respectful in handling sensitive products and customers
- Willingness to learn and consistently uphold company standards and procedures
