Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the store.
- Supervise, coordinate, and support sales staff to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor staff attendance, productivity, and adherence to company policies.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, stocktaking, and reconciliation exercises.
- Maintain accurate inventory records and monitor stock movement.
- Ensure fabrics and products are properly arranged, displayed, and stored.
- Coordinate stock replenishment and manage inventory levels effectively.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Ensure excellent customer service standards are maintained at all times.
- Handle customer concerns and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Monitor sales activities and support the achievement of business targets.
- Implement operational processes that improve efficiency and accountability.
- Safeguard company assets and ensure proper stock control procedures.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in retail operations, store management, inventory management, or a similar role.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Experience managing inventory, stock control, and stocktaking processes.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic inventory management tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
- High level of integrity, accountability, and attention to detail.
- Female candidates are preferred for this role.

Remuneration: NGN 350,000 Monthly
