Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store.
- Supervise and manage store staff to ensure excellent performance.
- Ensure outstanding customer service and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate stock replenishment.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure proper merchandising and maintain a clean, organized store environment.
- Monitor cash handling procedures and ensure accountability.
- Support marketing and promotional activities to drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures.
- Train, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve business goals.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a retail store management or supervisory role.
- Minimum qualification: OND/HND/Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Good knowledge of inventory management and basic computer applications.
- Experience in the fashion or retail industry is an added advantage.
Location: Badore, Ajah, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Remuneration: NGN 120,000
