Store Manager

Responsibilities:

• Oversee the operations of the Raw Materials and Finished Goods Stores. 
• Manage inventory, stock control, and store documentation. 
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and support internal and external audits. 
• Coordinate logistics and transportation activities. 
• Maintain accurate inventory records and generate reports using SAP. 
• Supervise, train, and manage store personnel. 
• Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure efficient material flow. 
• Monitor stock levels and implement measures to improve operational efficiency. 
• Ensure timely reporting and achievement of departmental targets.

Requirements:

• HND/B.Sc. in Accountancy, Stores Management, Purchasing and Supply, or any other related discipline. 
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in Store Management. 
• Experience in a flexible packaging manufacturing industry will be an added advantage. 
• Must be experienced and knowledgeable in food safety standards, with working exposure to handling standard audits (both internal and external). 
• Candidate must be computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and email applications. 
• Must possess working and operational knowledge of SAP. 
• Responsible for coordinating, organising, overseeing, and developing the Stores Department. 
• Accountable for the activities and operations of both Raw Materials Stores and Finished Goods Stores. 
• Transportation/logistics management skills are essential. 
• Must possess strong skills in manpower and performance management, staff control, discipline, and manpower development. 
• Expected to contribute to the operational growth and development of the department. 
• Must be result-oriented, able to meet deadlines, and possess strong reporting skills. 
• Must be between the ages of 35–45 years
