Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and record all incoming stock accurately
- Ensure proper storage and organization of goods for easy access and safety
- Maintain accurate inventory records and update the system regularly
- Monitor stock levels and initiate timely replenishment
- Issue stock based on approved requests and maintain proper documentation
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconcile physical stock with system records
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports
- Identify and report discrepancies, damages, or losses
- Maintain proper filing of invoices, waybills, and stock records
- Ensure cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store at all times
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1–2 years' experience in storekeeping or inventory management
- Experience in a retail, warehouse, or hardware environment is an advantage
- Familiarity with stock control processes and documentation
- Ability to handle stock responsibly and maintain accurate records
- Minimum of OND (ND) in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Strong organizational and inventory management skills
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good record-keeping and documentation skills
- Basic computer literacy (Excel and inventory systems)
- Problem-solving and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Integrity and accountability
Location: Mushin, Lagos
Remuneration: NGN 80,000 - 110,000
