We are seeking a professional, honest, and detail-oriented Store Keeper to oversee our store operations. You will be responsible for receiving, recording, storing, and issuing stock, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring zero stock-outs and zero expired products.

Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive, verify, and record all incoming LPG cylinders (full and empty) and accessories
- Maintain accurate stock records for cylinders by size, brand, and serial number
- Sort, count, and store cylinders safely in designated zones (full vs empty)
- Issue cylinders to drivers, distributors, and retailers against approved documents
- Conduct daily, weekly, and monthly stock counts and reconcile physical stock with records
- Monitor stock levels, report shortages, damages, and expiries promptly
- Ensure strict compliance with gas safety rules - no smoking, proper stacking, ventilation, and HSE standards
- Maintain bin cards, waybills, delivery notes, and the inventory system
- Coordinate with the Warehouse Supervisor, Plant Manager, and Logistics team
- Report faulty, rusted, or leaking cylinders and keep the warehouse clean and organized
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience
- A minimum of an OND in a related field
