Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Receive, record, issue, and track company materials and supplies
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Monitor and safeguard company assets and equipment
- Ensure proper storage and organization of materials
- Oversee cleanliness, safety, and basic maintenance of the facility
- Coordinate minor repairs and maintenance when required
- Liaise with vendors and service providers for facility needs
- Support general office and operational activities as assigned
Requirements:
- Minimum of Secondary School Certificate (OND is an added advantage)
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Facility Officer, or similar role
- Basic knowledge of inventory control and record keeping
- Ability to manage tools, materials, and company assets
- Good organizational and reporting skills
- Honest, reliable, and physically fit
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel or inventory logs is an advantage)
Work Days: Monday to Friday
Work Time: 7:30 AM – 5'00 PM
