Store Keeper
Job summary
We are seeking a reliable, organized, and detail-oriented Store Keeper to manage the receipt, storage, issuance, and inventory control of goods and materials within the organization.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, inspect, and verify incoming goods, materials, and supplies
- Ensure proper storage, labeling, and organization of inventory items
- Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issues, transfers, and balances
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages, damages, or discrepancies promptly
- Issue materials and supplies to authorized personnel in accordance with company procedures
- Conduct regular stock counts and inventory audits
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization within the store or warehouse
- Prepare inventory reports and update stock records regularly
- Coordinate with procurement and other departments regarding stock requirements
- Ensure proper handling and storage of goods to prevent damage or deterioration
- Monitor expiration dates where applicable and ensure timely stock rotation
- Support the implementation of inventory control and stock management procedures
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Officer, Warehouse Assistant, or similar role is an advantage
- Good knowledge of inventory management principles and store operations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Experience using inventory management or ERP systems is an added advantage
- Strong organizational and record-keeping skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
