Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily store operations and maintain standards
- Lead, supervise, and coordinate store staff
- Manage stock/inventory and prevent loss
- Handle cash and daily sales reconciliation
- Drive sales and deliver excellent customer service
- Stand in for the owner and report directly to her
Requirements:
- Female
- 3–5 years’ experience as a Store/Retail Manager — must be your current or most recent role
- Proven track record in managing staff, cash, and inventory
- Minimum HND/B.Sc
- Fabric, textile, or fashion retail experience is an advantage
- Resides in or close to Lekki Phase 1
Location: Lekki Phase 1, Lagos
Remuneration: 300,000 – 350,000
