CoreHR Consulting is recruiting on behalf of a reputable company in the electrical and building infrastructure industry for the role of Store Keeper. We are seeking an experienced, organized, and detail-oriented professional to manage inventory, maintain accurate stock records, and ensure the efficient storage and issuance of materials.

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Receive, inspect, and verify all incoming materials and supplies.
  • Store materials safely and ensure proper organization within the store.
  • Issue materials and equipment in accordance with approved requisitions.
  • Maintain accurate records of stock receipts, issuances, transfers, and balances.
  • Conduct routine stock counts and participate in periodic inventory audits.
  • Monitor stock levels and promptly report items requiring replenishment.
  • Ensure proper labeling, storage, and preservation of inventory items.
  • Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the store.
  • Report damaged, obsolete, or slow-moving inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with the company's inventory control procedures and documentation requirements.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of an HND in any discipline
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Store Keeper, Inventory Officer, or in a similar inventory management role.
  • Strong knowledge of inventory control and stock management procedures.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory management software.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong numerical and record-keeping abilities.
  • High level of integrity, accountability, and reliability.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced environment.


Requirements: NGN 200,000 – 250,000 monthly
