Store & Inventory Supervisor

Responsibilities:

• Manage inventory control, ensuring all goods are properly labelled, recorded, and handled using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Conduct daily stock counts and maintain accurate stock, delivery, and inventory records.
• Supervise receipt, offloading, inspection, and reporting of damaged or defective goods.
• Directly supervise Sales & Field Representatives, including approving goods for dispatch and monitoring accountability for stock issued.
• Set, monitor, and review sales targets and KPIs through daily, weekly, and monthly performance checks.
• Maintain accurate customer records, monitor credit sales, and support weekly payment and sales reconciliations.
• Plan and coordinate daily delivery routes, ensuring proper documentation, accurate loading, and successful deliveries.
• Oversee drivers and logistics, ensuring vehicles are fueled, maintained, roadworthy, and compliant with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor fuel usage, logistics expenses, and weekly imprest to ensure cost control and prevent misuse.
• Support procurement and demand planning by identifying out-of-stock and high-demand products.
• Ensure warehouse cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and fumigation standards are maintained.
• Train, supervise, and enforce discipline among staff in line with company policies.
• Perform any other duties assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Minimum HND
• 3 years of previous work experience in a similar role
