Store Inventory Officer
Job summary
We are seeking an experienced Store Inventory Officer to manage and maintain the organization's ERP Master Item Library. The successful candidate will ensure the accuracy, consistency, and standardization of inventory master data for construction materials, MEP components, tools, equipment, and other stock items.

Responsibilities:
- Maintain the ERP Master Item Library.
- Create, review, validate, and classify new inventory items.
- Standardize item descriptions and naming conventions.
- Eliminate duplicate and obsolete inventory records.
- Ensure consistency in Units of Measure (UoM).
- Validate technical specifications with Engineering and Procurement teams.
- Attach relevant technical documents, drawings, and product information to item records.
- Conduct periodic audits to ensure master data accuracy.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, Information Systems, Logistics, Business Administration, Data Management, or a related discipline.
- An engineering qualification (Civil, Mechanical, or Electrical) is an added advantage.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in ERP Master Data Management, Inventory Control, or Technical Cataloguing.
- Previous experience in the construction, civil engineering, MEP, or manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in ERP systems.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Power Query, Data Validation).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Excellent attention to detail.
